About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, providing analysis, and completing a variety of accounting-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 1-3 years’ relevant experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Prior SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain basic accounting records, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Establish accurate account records, including transaction recording, daily sales and contract entries, invoicing and inventory/cycle counts
• Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies
• Understand and adhere to accounting standards, complying with internal processes, external industry regulations, SOX controls, and internal and external audits
