Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent plus college level accounting
Minimum five years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable and payables required
On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform duties
Strong aptitude for organizing personal tasks and repetitive duties in a dynamic environment
Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, accounting and mathematical skills
Ability to work in a team environment to enable effective interaction and the ability to motivate team members, including peers
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, a 10-key adding machine, copier, facsimile machine and any other office equipment required to perform duties
Regular attendance is required
Subject to a pre-employment drug screen, background and credit check

Nice To Haves

Experience in concrete block and/or sack industry a plus
Manufacturing experience preferred
SAP experience preferred but not required
