ADP is hiring an Accountant Channel Sales Representative. This role focuses on closing sales and acquiring new business exclusively through our CPA accountant channel and client referrals within our Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) business. You will participate in an award-winning training program and join a sales team dedicated to selling human resources solutions that enhance employees' lives through comprehensive benefits offerings from hire to retire. As a Sales Representative in the CPA channel, you will be assigned a portfolio of accounting firms and collaborate with sales representatives from the Small Business Services channel, potentially the majors mid-market division, and other CPA Sales Representatives. Your primary objective will be to leverage these internal partnerships to gain access to accounts and generate leads from their assigned accounting firms. Your daily activities will involve cultivating and nurturing relationships with CPAs, their clients, and internal partners to schedule appointments, gather leads, assess client needs, and present optimal ADP solutions. Success in this role requires managing multiple sales processes concurrently through various stages and meticulously documenting them. In addition to closing new business, you will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation process for newly sold business until clients are fully operational on the solutions.
