Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience.
- One year of experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the accounting for the financial cash activities of Community Health Care.
- Tracking daily activity of bank account and reconciling general ledger cash balances to the monthly bank statements.
- Preparing and entering assigned journal entries monthly including appropriate allocations by program in accordance with GAAP.
- Creating tenant billing statements and annual CAM reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Maintaining various spreadsheets for month and year reporting purposes.
- Other duties as assigned.
