About The Position

The purpose of this role is to be a support to the sales team and General Manager. This role will focus on entering customer and order details into the MIS, doing project coordination, organizing and communicating to customers and sales-production teams. This role is a critical transactional type role that helps with the ordering and customer experience. The person that will be hired for the role will go through our three level CSR training program because this is foundational learning to understand the industry, products, systems and processes in the company. Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to learn and become an expert in the ordering platform in use.
  • Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
  • Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Understanding computer software, especially CRM systems and sales software
  • Professional customer service demeanor
  • Very reliable and good work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Be able to understand the customer need and help deliver the project they need for their business
  • Be an expert with the MIS and be able to enter orders quickly and correctly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients or customers
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
  • Will be a project coordinator to ensure all customers have a world class experience
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email, or online chat to introduce products or services and close sales.
  • Help with developing and implement account strategies and plans to maximize revenue and profitability from existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, answering questions and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
