ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR JOB SUMMARY The Account Supervisor provides oversight and coordination for assigned client accounts, serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. This role applies professional judgment within established agency frameworks to manage client priorities, budgets, and workflows, ensuring contractual alignment and consistent, high-quality delivery with discretion in prioritization, escalation, and account-level decision-making. The Account Supervisor supports planning, reporting, and account growth initiatives, partners with Account Directors for guidance and escalation, and provides direction and mentoring to account team members as needed to support client and agency objectives.
