About The Position
Vendelux is building the category-defining platform for event marketing intelligence. Events are one of the largest and most impactful marketing channels, yet historically one of the least measurable. Vendelux brings transparency and performance to this space — helping companies discover, evaluate, and optimize their event strategy with data. Our platform powers thousands of event decisions by delivering proprietary, AI-driven insights across hundreds of thousands of events globally. At the core of our platform is a robust ecosystem of event organizer partnerships — where organizers share first-party data, enabling richer insights for customers while receiving benchmarking and audience intelligence in return. From identifying the highest ROI conferences to enabling targeted meeting programs, Vendelux helps companies turn events into a predictable and scalable growth engine. In addition, Vendelux Meetings extends our platform by turning insights into pipeline — using AI to identify high-value attendees and proactively book 1:1 meetings between our customers and their ideal prospects at events. This enables go-to-market teams to drive measurable ROI and maximize every event interaction. Founded in 2021, Vendelux is a Series B SaaS company backed by top-tier investors including FirstMark. We partner with many of the fastest-growing companies in the world, and our team includes leaders from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, FanDuel, Compass, Airbnb, Forter and beyond. We are looking for the next Account Success team member who will help our growing roster of clients get the most value possible out of our product. The ideal person has been in a CSM role at a high-growth tech company and is passionate about the opportunity to help build this function here. The Account Success role is a hybrid onsite position, with 4 days in the office based in our NYC headquarters.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, specifically at B2B growth stage startups
- Owned the full client lifecycle, renewals and upsells
- Great team member who contributes to our culture and our business
- Takes ownership and demands excellence from themselves and others
- Likes a fast paced environment and is a quick learner
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes while developing collaborative action plans with them that outline key milestones, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Master the onboarding process, guiding customers through training and adoption while ensuring their success and satisfaction at every step.
- Foster knowledge sharing and community building among customers by organizing webinars, events, or case studies to strengthen the customer network.
- Identify and understand customer needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions effectively.
- Create strategic plans for managing client relationships and develop clear and compelling business cases ensuring long term success and growth.
- Communicate and promote proven strategies, methods, and processes that lead to success
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and internal teams to refine strategies, improve solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
