Managing the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations. Digging deep into the campaign data to build future client strategy. Present that recommended strategy to the customer during regularly scheduled status calls and check ins. Partner with the sales team to upsell accounts and drive additional revenue through insightful learnings and recommendations. Work with internal campaign management team to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, goals are being met, and technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and efficiently.
