About The Position

The Account Specialist role at GLS involves building relationships, influencing outcomes, and driving results by developing strong business partnerships and exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, 100% onsite position focuses on managing a dedicated territory of auto dealerships. The specialist will serve as a trusted B2B go-to expert for auto loan originations, utilizing strong relationship development skills to build credibility quickly, handle high-touch communication with professionalism, and consistently advocate for GLS's lending solutions to increase the deal pipeline. GLS is dedicated to helping make transportation accessible and affordable through harnessing advanced analytics and technology to create unbiased decisioning, having supported over a million families with access to affordable credit options to secure reliable transportation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, and outbound calling
  • A goal-driven mindset with experience in territory management
  • Comfort using technology and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong self-motivation and a commitment to quality work

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated territory of auto dealerships
  • Serve as a trusted B2B go-to expert for auto loan originations
  • Use strong relationship development skills to build credibility quickly
  • Handle high touch communication with professionalism
  • Consistently advocate for GLS's lending solutions to increase the deal pipeline
  • Make 80-120 outbound calls per day
  • Collaborate with dealers on deal strategy
  • Provide regular updates and document in Salesforce and other industry software
