About The Position

The Account Representative I serves as a liaison between Sherwin Williams’ customers, internal departments, and business partners. The Account Representative I is responsible for a limited number of external customer accounts, provides administrative support to the Coil Customer Service department ensuring necessary tasks are completed to support the Coil business and meeting customer requirements. Responsibilities include performing multiple administrative tasks while working with members of multiple departments to respond to customer needs, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient processing of customer critical information.

Requirements

Limited number of external customer accounts experience.
