About The Position

As an Account Services Manager at EDS, you'll be the trusted on-site partner for our customers, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met while uncovering opportunities to deepen relationships and drive additional revenue. You'll play a critical role in keeping customers satisfied, informed, and supported, while freeing up operations to focus on flawless execution. If you're organized, proactive, customer-focused, and thrive at the intersection of service, communication, and growth, this role offers real impact and visibility.

Requirements

  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean MVR
  • Must be available on-call for urgent client needs

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience in restoration, remediation, construction, or service-based industries (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and follow up with customers weekly or biweekly.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities, coordinate service, and inform Business Development.
  • Inform Business Development and Operations of client issues.
  • Provide billing information and assist with collections and documentation.
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs at job sites.
  • Respond to customer emails daily.
  • Attend project-related company events.
  • Write proposals and task orders.
