About The Position

2026 Account Services Intern Do more, learn more, mean more. Want to prove and improve the skills you learned in class? Get paid to work on real client projects? And have some real fun along the way? Mythic is currently seeking marketing/advertising students who are 2026 graduates to assist our growing team. The paid 8-week program balances our organizational needs with your interests and professional aspirations. You’ll work under a mentor and have the supervision of an Account Director. Projects will be assigned based on current client needs and agency workload. You’ll get to exercise classroom concepts and theories in the workplace, including internal and external projects plus participate in strategic and creative brainstorm discussions. In addition, you’ll get professional development through internal training seminars. Requirements

  • Working towards a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Strong computer skills including: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your writing is sharp and clear, whether it be for social media copy or longer-form POVs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Organizational and time management skills. You have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
  • You’re a team player and a self-starter who always finds dynamic ways to solve problems.
  • Must be a 2026 graduating senior in order to apply.
  • Must be located in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the internship program in order to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client research and analysis in: 1) Competitive/industry 2) Specific projects/requests 3) Developing reports and briefing the team
  • Assist in maintaining status documents
  • Assist in developing Change Requests/Art Requests/Creative Briefs
  • Assist with managing the creative development process
  • Assist in maintaining Project Schedules and budget management
  • Provide proofing support, take notes and compile into conference reports
  • Active participation in brainstorms and ideations
  • Assist with building presentations, proposals and pitches
  • Attend client meetings and internal meetings and work with team on client follow-up and management
