Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Provide product and service information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed
• Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing account management activities
