About The Position

We are looking for an Account Service Representative to join our dynamic team of high-achieving professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. As an Account Service Representative, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting a portfolio of Group Insurance & Retirement (Pension) clients. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB, with some flexibility for remote work. We strongly encourage First Nations and Indigenous applicants to self-declare in your cover letter.

Requirements

Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagement
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle required

Experience in group insurance, pension/retirement, or a related field
LLQP designation

Responsibilities

Manage an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive service
Host employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)
Educate plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings with professionalism and care
Act as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams
Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clients
Collect and processing documentation accurately and on time
Identify and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of service
Ensure service standards are met and tracked regularly
Travel to client sites, including multi-day overnight trips (driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle required)
Support additional tasks and projects as needed
