About The Position
HomeSmiles delivers preventative property maintenance services through a nationwide franchise system, partnering with property managers, facility managers, nationwide brands, and HOAs to simplify maintenance and protect long-term asset value. The company is fast-growing with strong demand. They are seeking a motivated Account Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities. This role involves outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings, with a clear path to an Account Executive or Team Leader role. The position offers competitive compensation with performance incentives and operates in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales and lead generation experience
- Strong communication and persistence
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to close and looking for growth within the Company
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI generated BDR’s to identify and prospect property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
- Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings
- Receive approvals from Franchisees for booking business
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies
