Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Exceptional negotiation skills and customer service
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check
• Reliably commute to work (Required)
• Attendance is non-negotiable; upon acceptance of the position with CCL, it is required and understood that the applicant will be at work every day and on time.
• This is an in-office position.
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Debt collections, sales, or telemarketing experience
• Knowledge of the FDCPA and other regulations governing debt collections
• Some College Preferred/ but not required
