Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and genuine care
Support agency sales and retention goals through proactive customer outreach
Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow up- in a timely manner
Follow up with customers as needed and support ongoing service requests
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and everyday service requests
Anticipate customer needs and communicate clearly to keep them informed
Continuously learn and develop professionally through licensing, training and coaching
