About The Position

The Account Representative role is a dual role with a focus on collections, sales, and promoting financial products. The primary goal is to provide effective customer service and guidance to retain existing clients and acquire new ones, contributing to the achievement of sales and collection targets. This position involves managing collections within an assigned territory, evaluating accounts, and conducting manual or auto-dialer calls. The representative will identify customer needs or those of potential new clients, guiding them to the most suitable financial products based on their needs and repayment capacity. They will also encourage clients nearing loan completion to renew their loans through attractive offers to ensure retention. Field visits are required to validate employment and manage accounts that are past due or delinquent by 30 days or more. The objective is to bring these accounts up to date through collection, payment plans, renewals, restructuring, or other loss mitigation alternatives, all in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
