About The Position

The Account Representative manages day-to-day relationships with RESA Power’s Transformer Laboratory Services (TLS) customers, with a focus on retaining customers and growing existing accounts. The role keeps customers on recurring sampling schedules, reviews laboratory reports for findings requiring follow-up, and converts those findings into retests, additional testing, field services, and products. It works closely with laboratory operations, project managers, field service teams, RESA sales representatives, locations, and leaders to expand customer relationships across additional sites and services. The position also handles quoting, order entry, and customer coordination to move work accurately from quote through scheduling and invoicing. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports. A potential path to an Outside Sales role may be available for candidates who demonstrate the ability to source new business and support customers at a more technical level. The position is onsite at RESA Power’s Sacramento, California location and involves up to 15% travel based on business need. Compensation is $36–$40 per hour.
