About The Position

The Account Representative for Total Care Auto is expected to protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the company. This role involves providing professional, courteous, accurate, efficient, and effective assistance to every customer, while also seeking ways to improve business operations efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to use office equipment and computers
• Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Effective time management and ability to multi-task
• 5 years of experience in the field or in related areas
• Compliance- the individual understands and adheres to all Company standards, state and federal laws and regulations as well as product pricing guidelines of all lenders, agencies or business partners.
• Customer Service—the individual understands his/her role in providing service.
• Oral Communication—the individual clearly identifies and expresses issues in positive or negative situations.
• Planning/Organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
• Quality—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
• Answer and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction
• Send Supplies to dealerships as requested
• Gathers information to aid customers in transferring their contract to a new owner
• Provide 3rd party quotes to dealerships as requested
• Process inbound mail
• Assists Senior Account Representatives
• Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor
