About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused National Accounts Coordinator to support high-volume logistics and customer service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, managing customer and supplier relationships, and ensuring accurate, timely order processing and delivery. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong data entry and system navigation skills

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage high-volume customer and supplier orders, inquiries, and requests
  • Coordinate scheduling of pickups and deliveries with logistics teams and customers
  • Monitor shipments to ensure on-time performance and resolve delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate account records, contact information, and scheduling details
  • Track production and shipment data; ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Research discrepancies and resolve billing, invoicing, and payment issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, sales, and accounting
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and maintaining account data in internal systems
  • Meet weekly performance metrics and service level expectations
