We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Commercial Tire Industry. Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the commercial tire or related industrial sectors, with a strong emphasis on technical sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and closing high-value deals.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools for tracking activities and managing client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills with the ability to effectively present complex solutions.
• Strong business development acumen combined with marketing insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of market data and customer needs to craft compelling sales strategies.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a competitive setting.
