About The Position

The purpose of this role is to be the frontline sales person who is responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business within the assigned sales area by developing new business and expanding the business with existing customers. Requirements

  • Experience in the collision repair industry required.
  • Knowledge of the paints and coatings industry.
  • Experience in a B2B industry environment.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in commercial roles, sales, and key account management.
  • Experience in sales to strategic accounts.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in business management or related field.
  • Stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a designated area to execute the sales plan.
  • Screen customer base for new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain a pipeline.
  • Provide appropriate levels of contact, service, and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Monitor sales against agreed targets regularly and identify, report, and implement remedial actions as needed.
  • Collect, report, and analyze customer feedback and market trends for potential market penetration.
  • Promote a positive company image and develop long-term customer relationships.

  • Base salary range: $80,000 - $85,000
