We are seeking a talented Account Rep to increase recruitment and drive business development on our 3P sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and recruiting Brand Owners and Resellers, with a focus on achieving sales performance metrics and sustainable growth. Specializing in a specific product category and seller tier, you'll leverage our New Seller Guide and various tools to ensure seller success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize seller potential and drive revenue growth. A day in the life This person will recruit, and be the primary point of contact for companies throughout the discovery and registration process. The Account Rep will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales strategies to secure deals that will exceed account acquisition and output goals. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts. Alongside internal stakeholders, they will create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
