This role is responsible for driving sales of dock and door equipment, parts, and services within a designated territory. The position involves developing existing accounts, acquiring new business, analyzing opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing solutions to enhance the company's market position. The Account Representative will also develop territory management plans, sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare quotations. Maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with the Sales Manager are key aspects of the role. Continuous participation in training programs is expected to improve product knowledge and sales skills, which may involve travel to the Northern Kentucky branch.
