Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
Communicate with customers regarding payment status and resolve collection matters.
Coordinate with consignees to obtain required proof of delivery documentation.
Monitor and maintain accounts to ensure compliance with established payment terms.
