About The Position

The Account Quality Manager plays a critical role by overseeing all internal and external quality related activities for the Original Equipment (OE) Truck Tire & ContiKit groups in the Americas. A member of the OE Quality team, the AQM will participate in and coordinate activities among the Key Account Management teams, numerous internal departments, and manufacturing sites, while being the primary interface to the OE customers for quality topics.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of quality experience in the automotive industry
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working directly with customers
Strong understanding of Automotive Core Tools and Structured Problem Solving methodologies
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

Management and implementation of Customer Specific Requirements
Support and oversight of PPAP and APQP activities within the assigned accounts
Management of customer complaints, including all structured problem solving activities
Coordinate and manage customer audits of Continental plants and warehouses
Monitor and react to customer satisfaction scorecards
Involvement in Technical Compliance activities for all TT OE and ContiKit customers
Support the rapid expansion of ContiKit in North America
