About The Position

The Account Quality Manager oversees internal and external quality activities for Continental’s Original Equipment (OE) Truck Tire and ContiKit groups in the Americas. As a member of the OE Quality team, the role coordinates with Key Account Management teams, internal departments, and manufacturing sites, and serves as the primary quality interface for OE customers. The position also supports the expansion of ContiKit in North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of quality experience in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong understanding of Automotive Core Tools and Structured Problem Solving methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of quality experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement Customer Specific Requirements.
• Support and oversee PPAP and APQP activities for assigned accounts.
• Manage customer complaints, including structured problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate and manage customer audits of Continental plants and warehouses.
• Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction scorecards.
• Participate in Technical Compliance activities for TT OE and ContiKit customers.
• Support the rapid expansion of ContiKit in North America.
• Coordinate quality activities among Key Account Management teams, internal departments, and manufacturing sites.
• Serve as the primary interface to OE customers on quality topics.
