Requirements

• Accounting knowledge required
• Proficient on CDK Software and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever growing environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized and strong time management
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
• Flexible work schedule

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and post daily deposits for Sales, Service and Parts
• Post daily deposits for Account Receivables
• Process credit applications for new Accounts
• Assist Parts managers with collections of Account Receivables
• Close out Account Receivables monthly and print statements
• Answer phone calls professionally and politely
• Return voice and/or email messages promptly
• Other duties as assigned and requested by management
