Syndio•Home, WV
•£75,000 - £167,000•Remote

About The Position

Syndio is seeking an Account Partner to own the full client relationship across a book of enterprise accounts headquartered in the UK and EU. This role is crucial for driving adoption, expanding the Syndio platform, and ensuring client success, especially in light of the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The Account Partner will guide clients through the platform, helping them understand and address pay governance challenges beyond simple reporting. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to CHROs and other executives, anticipating client needs, and building strong commercial relationships based on understanding their business objectives and the regulatory landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise selling experience (Account Management, Enterprise Account Executive, or equivalent GTM roles in B2B SaaS across the UK and Europe).
  • Personally owned GRR and NRR.
  • Proven expansion and retention wins in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environment, with quantified results.
  • Comfortable running platform walkthroughs and enablement sessions.
  • Ability to help customers get their data into good shape and show them how to use specific features.
  • Ability to track usage and turn it into the renewal story.
  • Self-starter in delivering value and activating expansion strategies.
  • Act as an advisor first, commercial owner second.
  • Understanding of customers' business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its requirements for employers.
  • Ability to earn CHRO access by building VP and Director-level alignment across key departments.
  • Own GRR, NRR and quota end to end.
  • Run a disciplined book with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Effective orchestrator of internal resources.
  • Organized enough to run a book across several countries, time zones and procurement processes without renewals slipping.
  • Working proficiency in a second European language (French or German especially).

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Tech or enterprise SaaS, selling into an HR or Finance buyer.
  • Experience selling AI-native platforms with an expanding product roadmap.
  • Experience expanding a customer from one product into a second within a platform.
  • Consulting background or experience in project management.
  • Experience in companies defining a new category.
  • Solid working command of compensation and/or decision intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full client relationship across a book of enterprise accounts headquartered in the UK and EU.
  • Drive adoption and expansion of the Syndio platform within client accounts.
  • Ensure client renewals by building strong relationships and demonstrating value long before negotiation.
  • Guide clients through the platform to ensure they get full value, supported by domain experts on regulatory elements.
  • Help clients see the EU Pay Transparency Directive as a pay governance problem, not just a reporting problem.
  • Anticipate client needs related to board-ready analysis, right-to-information requests, pay gap reporting, and pay decision transformation.
  • Act as an advisor to customers, helping them think through hard problems and build executive alignment with the office of the CHRO and CFO.
  • Drive adoption hands-on through platform walkthroughs and enablement sessions.
  • Help customers get their data into good shape and show them how to use features like RTI responses, readiness reporting, and gap budgeting.
  • Track usage and leverage it to build the renewal story.
  • Activate an expansion strategy within accounts with large stakeholder groups.
  • Earn CHRO access by building VP and Director-level alignment across HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.
  • Own GRR, NRR, and quota end to end: renewals first, then expansion and pipeline.
  • Run a disciplined book, allocating time for prospecting within client accounts and focusing on retention and expansion.
  • Orchestrate internal resources, pulling in cross-functional teammates and executives to advance opportunities.
  • Manage a book across several countries, time zones, and procurement processes without renewals slipping.
