About The Position
The Account Officer for Salary Loans Group is responsible for achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and good customer service. BDO Network Bank is the community bank subsidiary of BDO Unibank that aims to bring financial products and services closer to outlying areas, getting more neighborhoods closer to achieving success and their dreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
- Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
- Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products
Responsibilities
- Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
- Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
- Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues
