About The Position
Our client, an industry leader in HVAC, building automation, retrofit, energy efficiency, chiller, solar, refrigeration, and boiler services, is seeking to hire an Account Manager. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships within a selected vertical market
- Develop retrofit and energy-maximizing accounts in the building system arena
- Sell maintenance agreements and projects
- Analyze needs and system status
- Create proposals and present pricing and payment schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction and receivables follow-through
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Participate in trade shows
- Seek out new markets and customers
