As an Account Manager at Zencargo, you will act as the strategic partner to fast-growing brands, helping them turn supply chains into a competitive advantage. You will own a portfolio of customers and drive measurable commercial impact through data, technology, and logistics expertise. This is a growth-focused, data-driven role for someone who thrives on building high-value relationships, uncovering opportunities, and being fully accountable for commercial performance. Your Impact: Own your book of business : Drive volume and gross profit growth across your customer portfolio, with full accountability for performance. Build long-term value : Create and maintain a living Joint Impact Plan for each customer, aligned to clear ROI levers: transport spend, working capital, revenue, productivity, and CO₂ reduction. Drive platform adoption : Champion Zencargo’s technology, ensuring full customer engagement with features, reporting, automation, and optimisation tools. Strengthen relationships : Build strong multi-threaded relationships across customer organisations, expanding stakeholder engagement and becoming a trusted advisor. Lead strategic conversations : Run customer-facing business reviews, unlock new opportunities (lanes, modes, supplier optimisations), and present actionable insights from data. Collaborate cross-functionally : Partner with Operations, Pricing, and Product teams to deliver value. Own pricing discussions, rate card alignment, and escalation resolution.
