About The Position

Burn Media Co. is seeking an experienced high-caliber Account Manager to take immediate ownership of a full portfolio of client accounts. This is a fully remote, high-performance role designed for a professional who thrives on autonomy, "white-glove" service, and the opportunity to lead from Day One. We are looking for a strategic partner who can blend elite relationship management with a deep passion for the fitness and wellness industry.

Requirements

  • Proven Account Management experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Ability to independently manage a full client book immediately
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership mentality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Digital marketing knowledge (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Experience with HubSpot, Asana, or Agency Analytics
  • Passion for wellness, fitness, or the Burn Boot Camp brand

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a full portfolio of client accounts from day one
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communication
  • Lead client calls with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable insights
  • Partner with Digital Media to execute and optimize campaigns
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across accounts
  • Identify risks early and proactively solve problems
  • Build strong client relationships that drive retention and growth
