About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships, support operational excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of security services. This position serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal leadership teams, ensuring service expectations are met while maintaining high standards of performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of security management, operations management, or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large teams in a corporate, commercial, or campus environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • New York State Security Guard License required or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing large-scale corporate security accounts.
  • Knowledge of access control systems, incident management platforms, and security technologies.
  • Experience with budgeting, staffing, and workforce planning.
  • CPR, First Aid, or other related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee daily security operations and ensure contract requirements are consistently met.
  • Manage, coach, and develop supervisory staff and security personnel.
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Monitor staffing levels and collaborate with recruiting teams to address hiring needs.
  • Ensure all officers are properly trained and compliant with company and client standards.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and provide timely follow-up on security concerns.
  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate scheduling, payroll review, and administrative functions related to account management.
  • Support emergency response planning and business continuity initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
