Job Responsibilities: Purpose: The Business Development Account Manager supports Magna Seating as a key commercial liaison—helping align cross‑functional teams, coordinating customer‑facing activities, and ensuring internal readiness to meet program and business objectives. This role contributes to organizational alignment by working with engineering, program management, operations, finance, purchasing, and advanced development to assist in preparing competitive proposals, addressing commercial topics, and supporting overall program health. The Account Manager helps ensure that internal stakeholders are informed and coordinated so Magna can effectively meet customer expectations, maintain profitability, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships while enabling the business to pursue new growth opportunities.
