About The Position

We are seeking a driven Account Manager with a strong background in Promotional Merchandising and a service provider mindset to expand and strengthen one of our key Fortune 500 accounts in the North Houston region. This role requires a local presence, enthusiasm for face-to-face interactions, and a readiness to achieve significant growth. The position is a work-from-home role but requires the candidate to be based in or near Spring, The Woodlands, or North Houston, TX, within a 1-hour driving commute to Spring, TX, and be willing to meet in person regularly for relationship-building.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Spring, TX area and be willing to visit clients often.
  • Experienced and enthusiastic about B2B sales and driving account revenue.
  • Deeply comfortable learning and building trust within Fortune 500 environments.
  • Ability to ask the right questions, pitch creatively, and provide summaries of takeaways and next steps.
  • Track record of growing accounts through strategic partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in promotional merchandise industries.
  • Thrive when out in the field, making connections and building trust.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close new opportunities within a large enterprise account.
  • Build and deepen rapport, deliver samples, and host onsite meetings with client stakeholders through face-to-face relationship building.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage time strategically, ensuring administrative tasks are handled without losing focus on revenue-driving activities.
  • Own the pipeline, forecasting, and revenue deliverables, setting the pace and ensuring outcomes align with projections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Build and present custom account strategies that capture attention and align with client needs, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all promotional merchandising needs.
  • Monitor account health, drive upsell opportunities, and continuously optimize services to exceed expectations, maintaining and growing revenue for both the client and BDA.
