About The Position

An Account Sales & Service Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support. You will manage client relationships, address their needs, and work to resolve any issues that arise. This person works extensively in food & beverage processing plants, collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and drive satisfaction. You'll also track account performance and identify opportunities for growth to enhance overall client experience. You will work with our Southern California team to help with existing customers while being encouraged to bring in new accounts from your network and industry experience. Work directly with new contacts in the field to help develop new and future business for yourself and the local team.
