We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow our Natural Channel business. This role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. This role combines strong relationship management with data-driven decision making to expand distribution, optimize product mix, and drive profitable growth. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive distribution, expand product lines, and ensure flawless execution, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs, category trends, and competitive dynamics. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to turn data and insights into actionable plans that strengthen customer partnerships. Success in this role requires a forward-thinking, highly organized individual who can anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable plans that strengthen partnerships and accelerate growth.
