In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring clients receive the care and attention they deserve. You’ll lead the renewal process, working closely with colleagues to deliver tailored solutions on time. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in client service or claims management).
  • A life & health license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A knack for using technology to stay productive and deliver quality work.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
  • License required.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth account management.
  • Support Producers and Account Executives to deliver excellent service.
  • Travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day account management for routine/moderately complex client accounts.
  • Manage an assigned book of business and build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
  • Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
  • Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts.
  • May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service.
  • May provide support to an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer.
