About The Position

Nexvel is a digital marketing agency that helps local businesses compete in a tech-driven world by combining marketing expertise with AI-assisted workflows and modern client success systems. They are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary relationship and coordination lead between Nexvel and its clients. This role requires a highly organized, professional, proactive, and tech-comfortable individual with hands-on experience in at least one digital marketing channel. The Account Manager will work closely with various internal teams and leadership to ensure clients are supported, informed, and confident in the agency's work. The position is full-time and based in Elkins Park, PA, with hybrid flexibility and local travel required for client meetings.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client success, marketing coordination, project management, or agency operations.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one channel (paid ads, SEO, social, or content writing).
  • Broader working knowledge of digital marketing: websites, Google Business Profile, email marketing, lead tracking, and CRM.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and task management.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort presenting to and communicating with business owners, executives, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a marketing agency, digital agency, web company, or local business marketing environment.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, project management software, reporting dashboards, or AI/marketing automation tools.
  • Comfortable with new technology and interest in modernizing how agencies work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Understand each client's business, goals, and marketing priorities.
  • Lead client check-ins, status calls, and follow-up meetings.
  • Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident.
  • Create and send meeting notes, action items, and follow-up summaries.
  • Track open tasks, client requests, internal assignments, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to move various marketing tasks forward.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help prepare proposals, scopes of work, contracts, client updates, and renewal conversations.
  • Translate client needs into clear internal direction for the team.
  • Review reports, campaign updates, and team deliverables to identify trends, questions, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Draw on channel experience to flag work for review and suggest improvements.
  • Help clients understand the work being done and its importance.
  • Support proactive recommendations based on client goals and performance.
  • Use Nexvel's internal systems, AI-assisted workflows, and client intelligence processes.
  • Maintain accurate client information, marketing priorities, and campaign history.
  • Participate in the development of Nexvel's agency operating model.
  • Bring curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
