About The Position

Landscapes USA is seeking a Landscape Account Manager for its Orlando, FL operation. This role serves as the primary contact with landscape maintenance clients, focusing on building and maintaining long-term relationships, client retention, quality management, and enhancement sales. The Account Manager will also provide oversight and management of field operations. A background in landscape design is essential for effectively meeting client needs and driving successful project outcomes. Landscapes USA is a fast-growing, reputable, financially stable, and forward-thinking full-service landscape company operating in eight states.

Requirements

  • Leverage your background in landscape design to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance project outcomes.
  • An organized, efficient and detail-oriented person
  • Experience in a supervisory role in the landscape or service industry
  • Exceptional horticulture knowledge of native, non-native perennials, shrubs, trees, and specimen plant material
  • Passion for client service
  • Superb communication skills
  • Willingness to be coachable and exceed expectations with hitting company goals
  • FL or a US Driver's License with good driving record
  • Knowledge of computers and basic software
  • Bachelor's in Horticulture, Turfgrass or a related major (Sufficient, 3-7 years experience within the industry will be considered instead of degree)
  • Demonstrated experience in landscape design, enabling you to effectively assess client requirements and deliver innovative, aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, meeting regularly with clients
  • Review the landscape on a regular basis ensuring our quality standards are met
  • Proactively present property design, enhancement or maintenance ideas to existing customers.
  • Prioritize safety throughout our operation.
  • Help plan and direct the field operations daily.
  • Employee Development and training of service personnel to provide exceptional service.
