The Account Manager directly oversees one Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. This role is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness, high performance, and compliance of the account by driving business metrics and performance measurements. The Account Manager must understand and maximize contractual agreements, improve financial performance and profitability, and positively influence key metrics such as forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover. Additionally, the role involves managing scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, and adhering to Towne Park’s standardized business systems and policies.
