About The Position

About the team: The Sales Team is a dynamic, customer-focused group that drives successful product launches, maintains strong customer relationships, and supports strategic account growth. They collaborate closely with engineering, quality, purchasing, and supplier partners to ensure seamless order processes and aligned priorities. With deep commercial vehicle expertise and strong cross-functional coordination, the team consistently delivers valuable insights, smooth execution, and high-quality service to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in OE sales or a related sales field. Commercial vehicle experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of commercial vehicle business, market trends, and innovation
  • Technical/Sales background, as well as solid experience managing multidisciplinary teams with high levels of ambiguity/uncertainty
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic & critical thinking required, with the ability to draw a vision for the account
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial vehicle experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for assigned North American customers and market segments.
  • Build strong relationships with customer Purchasing, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to protect existing business and develop new opportunities.
  • Support customer and internal discussions related to Quality and Logistics as needed.
  • Conduct regular virtual and onsite customer meetings, traveling 10 -25%
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Application Engineering, Product Management, Customer Center) to prepare and deliver timely RFQ responses.
  • Oversee project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Address technical and commercial issues proactively, driving resolutions and aligning internal resources to meet targets.
  • Support operational planning, forecasting, and pricing activities, including schedule reviews, deviation analysis, and commodity/FX adjustments.
