Are you in? Key responsibilities in your new role Provide sales support, ensure design-wins, business-wins, generate leads and new business opportunities for assigned customers Lead and drive targeted activities supporting the development of Tier1 / OEM accounts. The individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders for key AI / Datacenter Verticals Develop, foster and work with key business & engineering professionals to drive forward key AI Technology Comprehensive understanding of Infineon’s portfolio & technology to drive long-term alignment with strategic partners Develop relationships within Infineon product groups, service organizations and headquarters; Stay current on Infineon’s product offering. Actively network with internal and external stakeholders Understand customer systems and requirements to enable Infineon system solutions and value proposition to meet customer needs Own operational aspects of business taking new customer NPI programs to revenue, inclusive of contract management & value chain complexities Execute and grow new revenue generating business opportunities; maintain sales pipeline & drive monthly forecasts to support internal operational planning Manage the customer design cycles from beginning to end; inclining’s, pricing, engineering & customer EOL management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business with equivalent technical sales experience. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor, sales account management, business development or customer facing account role, with general understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing or industry experience in Semiconductors
  • Strong understanding of key account development and strategic selling skills
  • Customer facing experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Supply Chain, Quality / NPI Material Management experience is preferred

Responsibilities
