Account Manager Develops new business opportunities and nurtures existing business relationships to gain additional business within a specific account list of a geographical location. Key Responsibilities include: Develops new customer accounts. Penetrates existing customer accounts and builds relationships within the organization. Responsible for commercial issues, internal to customer and McNaughton-McKay and /or their affiliates. Participates in personal growth plan activities. Focuses on account planning/top key accounts/facilities. Participates in overall product training with key vendors and partners. Implements best practices. Engages other resources within the Company. Creates, implements and revises procedures and instructions.
