About The Position

Hassle Free Home is a home services membership company. We provide our members with handyman maintenance visits and an account manager for home projects that fall outside the scope of our handyman services. As an Account Manager, you will be the coordinator of these projects. This role involves maintaining an organized project pipeline, providing clients with regular updates, and ensuring the smooth execution of all projects. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, an excellent communicator, and naturally organized, offering an opportunity to excel quickly in this position.

Requirements

  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Fast responsiveness—you don’t leave people waiting
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
  • Comfortable with technology (managing multiple systems, texting, email, and basic software tools)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate home projects between clients and contractors
  • Communicate effectively through phone, text, and email
  • Follow up, schedule, and solve small issues before they become big ones
  • Review and polish estimates before sending to clients
  • Own the overall client experience from start to finish
