About The Position

Our partner is hiring a Founding Account Manager / Founding CSM to build the post-sales function from scratch. This person will own the customer experience after a deal closes, including onboarding, implementation, integrations, go-live, and ongoing account management. The role is highly cross-functional and best suited for someone who wants real ownership in an early-stage environment.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of startup experience minimum
  • Strong preference for someone who has worked as a founding employee or in a very early-stage startup environment
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or a similar post-sales function
  • Comfortable building processes from scratch rather than inheriting a mature function
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage premium, white-glove customer relationships

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus if they’ve worked at a vertical AI, voice AI, or GTM-oriented company and understand tools like CRM, lead scoring, and messaging systems
  • Willing to relocate ASAP is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships end-to-end after contract signature
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new accounts
  • Coordinate integrations across CRM, scheduling, Twilio, email, and related systems
  • Help customers get live and ensure strong early adoption
  • Run check-ins, manage campaigns, and deliver a high-touch customer experience
  • Build the post-sales playbook and define processes from 0→1
  • Partner closely with founders to improve deployment and customer outcomes
