About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions of South Louisiana is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team in our Baton Rouge office. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building long-term, trusted partnerships. This is a high-impact role where success is defined by your ability to strengthen client relationships, proactively solve problems, and identify opportunities for growth within both existing and new accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead contact for all assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
  • Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities and support contract negotiations
  • Maximize profitability while delivering value to clients
  • Partner closely with sales and operations teams to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Ensure clients remain engaged, informed, and satisfied with services
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Align services with client needs, objectives, and expectations
