About The Position

Pest USA is a growing, family-owned pest and termite control company seeking a dedicated professional for a sales-driven role. The primary responsibility is to generate leads, contact homeowners in an assigned area, and close sales. This involves conducting thorough property inspections to identify pest or termite issues and recommending the right services. The role requires conducting detailed inspections in various environments such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces. Expectations include completing 3-4 proposals per day, closing multiple sales weekly, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales budgets. A solution-focused mindset and the ability to recognize additional service opportunities are key. Collaboration with the inside sales team and marketing services to new homeowners, real estate agents, and builders is also part of the role.

Requirements

At least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
Ability to pass state licensing exams (training provided)
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screening
Pass a driving record review prior to employment

Nice To Haves

Prior pest control experience is a plus
